Manipulating the Network Marketing or Promising the Heaven On Earth?

My dear Reader and Friend

Let's talk a little bit about all the information which is flooding your mail account...and giving your hope to earn money...even with false promises. Who controls this companies nobody...who is the victim...you the customer with a dream of financial independence and living a life of a dream (or in Spanish "de poca madre") you never will achieve...because you cannot build something solid...your home based business on a dream, there is absolutely no foundation for it.

If you are connected to the internet or if you open your e-mail account you'll see so many mails from MLM companies who offer you so much and pull you the clouds from the sky that you will not have to work anymore and that you can travel to where you want and the money is rolling in without doing nothing.

They have the fantasy web sites with a yacht, a luxury car, a plane I don't know if it will be your own plane or the plane to travel to your wildest destinations. The worst of all is that there are so many people out there who actually believe in all that crab and BS.

Don't believe in everything they tell you, if someone tells you something like "Earn easy money and live your life and be financially free" think about it and research about the company.

There is no way that you will have a business without doing almost nothing and just hold your hands open to receive the money, forget about the...you think if something like this exists they will tell you about it? No way...The first guy who invents a business like that will he ever tell you about it, never?

So, let's get straight every business it doesn't matter if online or offline you bet you have to "work like a work horse" and in most of the cases not only at the beginning, no also after you have your business running. Just look around where you live have you seen any business that run on its own where no business owner or employee is present? That's why everything they tell you isn't true. It does simply not exist. You have to work and the harder you work the more money you may make.

This is the distinction between a paid employment and an entrepreneurial business or home based business. In the first you can work as a horse but you will not get more pay while in the second option you will get more paid when working harder.

But there is no pay if you do nothing.

So, please, my dear readers don't fall in that trap, the money doesn't fall from heaven. Even in the tropic countries you cannot lay down under a tree and expect the fruits fall into your mouth, no you have to work, you have to cut the fruits before eating them.

This is the same way with business.

Only imagine within millions and millions of web sites (like your business), because a web site is your business or your shop whatever you name it, how can everyone find your business in that jungle of businesses? Have you ever thought about that? So imagine if you don't work how will you possibly attract a customer to your business?

If you have a business on a street of your City it is easier to find you as on the internet. In the internet there are hundreds of millions of businesses to give you an idea that would be the same as living in a City with hundreds of millions of people even then it is more likely to find a business because you have visual contact, but in the internet you see only one site at a time.

So everyone is talking about MLM, the easy way to do business, but what stands for MLM? What is the magic about this type of business? The MLM-business in the network marketing is a kind of a business model where the growth of the business depends on recruiting customers and converts them also into sales persons. You will get commissions for recruiting those customers if they pay a membership or if they buy a product your company offers.

If your customer brings or recruits another customer of his own, so you will receive commissions and your customer also (your customer is in what they call "Downline stream"). Depending on the MLM-company this can go back to the third and fourth tier. Every time someone in your “downline” sells something you also will get commissions but every time less.

Don't get mislead, because if you do not recruit a customer you won't get commission. So, the work you have to do is getting customers and educate your customer to do the same and so on.

You work as an independent business owner for that company and not as an employee of that company. The MLM company gives you all the facility to get trained in the network marketing and sell their products, this can happen through videos, or teleseminars or books or just online through PDF-guides or manuals. Some MLM companies require a payment when signing up as a member and some don't. In case you have to pay for a membership than in most cases you will get paid also when your recruit signs up for a membership and afterwards when he sells products from the company.

If you have any doubts how it works than feel free to ask, and leave me a comment.

Talk to you soon,

Anton Winkler

4 Reasons Loyalty of Customer Is Vital To Your Business

Have you ever wondered why some businesses may set up shop in areas that might not be very conducive to business or a bit hided from the walk through traffic and do quite well, while others are placed at major thoroughfares where walk by and drive by traffic are all but guaranteed, yet within a certain time they fold and the place goes up for lease or sale? The truth of the matter is that success is not always determined by your location – although it does play a vital role – but more often than not it is dictated by customer loyalty and your service to your customers.

Here are four reasons why customer loyalty is vital to your business:

1. First and foremost is the fact that a loyal customer is a repeat customer who buys again and again. This person will know about your business practices, about what to expect from your goods or service, the advantages and the disadvantages, and she or he will do business with you in such a way that it is a mutually satisfying transaction.

2. As you establish a relationship with your customer, you are also establishing a relationship with the customer’s family and even friends. Thus, it is not uncommon to have the wife bring in the dry cleaning for the family and turns her mother, mother in law, aunt, and best girlfriend on to your business.

As the husband is sent one day to pick up the dry cleaning he becomes familiar with the business, and the friendliness of all the employees, and he will tell his brother, business associates, and others who are looking for a drycleaner. Thus, you are suddenly becoming a commodity which is being shared with others. Sometimes even if the business is not very easy to find but because of the good service you offer the customers feel at home or even better and they will come back to you even if there is a business nearer to their home. You always have to give your best service to your customers, be friendly, nice and talk to them and you will have the loyalty you need to grow your business.

3. While family referrals are great, business referrals are even better. If you are a dry cleaner, you will want the dress maker down the street to recommend your services to its customers. Talk to the dress maker and tell him that you will also recommend his services to your customer and this will be a win-win situation. Similarly, if there is bridal shop with which you may have some professional ties, then these business referrals are simply priceless! Customer loyalties – when you have other business owners or clerks shopping at your store or utilizing your service – are quite often the gateway to a great number of new walk in customers.

4. Yet the fourth and perhaps most important reasons why customer loyalty is vital to your business rests in the fact that many major purchases are not made during the initial contact. For example, if you are a furniture store, you might have someone come in looking for a computer desk. While these may be expensive – depending on the materials – by and large these items are small fish. Yet if the consumer is satisfied with the product, the delivery, the setup and also the price, the odds are good that she or he will be back when it is time to furnish the nursery, buy that new wall unit, or acquire that bedroom set that was saved up for! You often observe that the price is not always the most important factor for a sale but the service you offer and the kindliness of your employees and yourself is vital for a sale. If you for example deliver in time the merchandize you offer and help even with the installing of the furniture for example, this will keep a very good impression on your customer and he will without doubt recommend you to his friends and associates.

This is essential en every business you are involved with, even if you have a business without selling a product, but the network with your customers is the most important service you can offer to your customer without any cost for you. Just be kind and serviceable.
